Salary Range
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $61,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to an attractive benefits package.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Professional to join our team in Kelowna, BC. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals, building lasting relationships with customers, and providing expert guidance on their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy every day
- Manage and build customer relationships, ensuring excellent service and meeting sales targets
- Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements
- No prior experience required; applicable training provided for the right candidate
- RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC an asset
