Operations Manager

Fat Bastard Burrito Co. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
- Oversee the operation of the company
- 5 years or more of experience in operations management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions
