Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations: Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Marketing and Sales: Assist in implementing marketing and sales strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Assist in managing restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. As an Assistant Manager, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
