Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team as a Front-end Architect. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and improving our front-end architecture, translating wireframes into functional requirements, and writing high-quality, reusable code for UI components.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve front-end architecture with architectural guidelines in mind (secure, high-performing, scalable, extensible, flexible, simple).
- Translate wireframes into functional requirements and write well-abstracted, reusable, high-performance code for UI components.
- Suggest continuous improvements in user interface, software architecture, or new technologies.
- Set out standards for the front-end to be followed by other developers.
- Monitor pull requests and ensure all front-end code is up to the standards you set.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of React, React Hooks, and Typescript.
- Impeccable attention to detail and eye for design and UX.
- Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
- Familiarity with leveraging Material-UI and custom components to deliver delightful user experiences.
- Bonus: Familiarity with mono-repos, cloud functions, and no-code automation tools like Zapier and If This Then That.
