Job Title: Associate Selling Team Leader

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the store and developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions and contribute to the overall financial success of the store.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values, hold them accountable to customer service standards, and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
  • Talent Acquisition and Training: Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs and develop your team to provide outstanding service.
  • Operational Excellence: Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and rocking AEO Brand Standards.
  • Integrity and Safety: Ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing always.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a retail management role
  • Business acumen and ability to multi-task
  • Leadership and development skills
  • Flexibility and availability to work when the guest shops
