Administrative Support Specialist

Badesha Bros Construction is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating the flow of information within the team, and directing and controlling daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and provide support to staff members as needed.
- Information Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all staff members are informed and up-to-date on important matters.
- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, including the oversight of HR projects and the establishment of policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. They will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Badesha Bros Construction offers a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
