Job Title: Bus and Truck Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Bus and Truck Mechanic to join our team at Coach Canada. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet of buses and trucks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Discuss work with supervisor to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
  • Test automotive systems and components to identify areas for improvement
  • Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service to ensure vehicles are in good working condition
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Certifications and Licenses:
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Automotive Service Technician (Transmission) Trade Certification
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Red Seal Endorsement
  • HVAC Certificate
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
Work Environment:

As a Bus and Truck Mechanic at Coach Canada, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of experienced technicians. You will be required to lift heavy objects, work in a variety of weather conditions, and be able to work at heights.
