About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at World Food Equipment Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assistance to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders, including staff, management, and clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
