Cleaning Operations Manager

At Choice Janitorial Service Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas that require attention and implement measures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 32 to 40 hours per week.
