Job Title: Management Consulting Service Manager

Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Management Consulting Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective management strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
  • Analyze and resolve administrative issues to provide expert advice and support to employees.
  • Coordinate and manage projects and programs to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Direct and manage the operations of our organization or department, providing strategic guidance and support to staff.
  • Evaluate and improve the operations of establishments that provide services to businesses.
  • Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to businesses, ensuring effective management and delivery of services.
  • Provide expert advice and support to clients, responding to their needs and requirements.
  • Review and evaluate projects and programs to ensure they are meeting business objectives and improving operational efficiency.
  • Sort and resolve technical problems to provide expert advice and support to employees.
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Market business services to clients, promoting our organization and its capabilities.
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure effective financial management and delivery of services.
  • Plan and direct research to inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Plan, develop, and organize the policies and procedures of establishments to ensure effective management and delivery of services.
  • Represent Canada Inc. within various economic and social organizations, promoting our organization and its capabilities.
  • Lead and instruct groups to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide customer service to clients, responding to their needs and requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and projects to ensure they are meeting business objectives and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management consulting or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective management strategies.
