Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Custodian to join our team at SUSAN CRUZ. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our apartment complex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
  • Supervise other workers
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
Requirements
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Ability to work independently
