Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Custodian to join our team at SUSAN CRUZ. As a Building Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, as well as emptying trash and recycling bins.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and unclogging drains.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and address any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work with minimal supervision and take initiative to complete tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the facilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
