Retail Store Manager

Emilio's Esso is seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Manage inventory, including ordering and authorizing returns
- Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
- 2 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods
