Retail Store Manager

Cordoba Coffee Limited is seeking a skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, handling customer requests, and maintaining inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise the activities of workers
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexibility and reliability
- Team player with a client-focused approach
The Retail Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
