Retail Store Manager

Cordoba Coffee Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate records
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
English
Work Schedule:30 to 44 hours per week
