Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Mission Recycle Centre LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Plan and implement visually appealing store displays and merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
