Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to perform notarial activities in compliance with provincial and federal laws. You will be responsible for signing, commissioning, and notarizing various documents, including Affidavits, Affirmations, Statutory Declarations, Travel Consent Forms, Visas, Visitation letters, employment contracts, real estate related documents, court documents, divorce and separation documents, Will, Power of Attorney, and Personal Directives.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform notarial activities in compliance with provincial laws and regulations
  • Sign, commission, and notarize various documents
  • Have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Access to own vehicle for mobile notary services

Requirements:

  • Licenced Lawyer or currently an appointed Notary Public in your province
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Notary Public
  • Ability to perform notarial activities in compliance with provincial and federal laws

What We Offer:

  • Commission fee for service compensation
  • 70/30 split (Mobile Notary/Corporate)
  • ALL leads supplied to you by the company
