Janitorial Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Specialist to join our team at Dynamic Facility Services Ltd. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Industrial Cleaning Equipment: Safely operate industrial vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and other equipment to remove dirt, debris, and other refuse from floors, walls, and surfaces.
- Empty Waste Containers: Regularly empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Clean and Sanitize Surfaces: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
- Maintain Floors: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure they are clean and free of dirt and debris.
- Clean and Disinfect Fixtures and Appliances: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, emptying waste containers, and operating industrial cleaning equipment.
- Physically Demanding: Work in a physically demanding environment that requires bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure that all surfaces are clean and sanitized.
- Organized: Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Previous Experience: Have previous experience in a similar role or industry.
- Experience an Asset: Experience in a janitorial or facilities maintenance role is an asset.
- Permanent Employment: Enjoy permanent employment with Dynamic Facility Services Ltd.
- English Language: Work in an English-speaking environment.
- 40 Hours per Week: Work 40 hours per week in a regular schedule.
