Janitorial Services Supervisor

Regal Cleaners is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning services team.
Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, and hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide excellent oral communication skills.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including security and safety protocols.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Benefits: Health care plan, permanent employment, 40 hours per week, and English as the primary language of work.
