About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at TORPEDO TRANSPORT LTD. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including transportation company-specific tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Work Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
