We are seeking a part-time teacher-tutor to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. in Brossard, QC. As a teacher-tutor, you will work directly with students, providing guidance and support in French and math subjects.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach up to 3 students at a time, at different levels
  • Follow the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Filling in post-lesson notes
  • Completing daily student communication updates
  • Maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • CEGEP (year 2 or up)
  • Fourth year university students in Quebec with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 3 to 11 math and science curriculum, particularly senior math and including, but not limited to, Advanced Functions, Algebra, Trigonometry and Calculus, and Vectors, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
