Key Responsibilities
- Analyze project portfolios by P&L region to support internal business partners.
- Conceptualize dashboards and reports to measure digital transformation, organizational value model, strategic objectives, operational performance, and Risk Management culture.
- Report and analyze strategic objectives and key results to track progress and drive Risk Management performance.
- Standardize analytical practices and risk management KPIs for better performance measurement.
- Conduct ad hoc business analyses by defining required data points, interpreting key insights, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Presents key insights and data trends using data visualizations intended for executive audiences.
- Conduct benchmarking research and analysis to provide key information on CAE's positioning relative to key industry players.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business intelligence, business analysis, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to quickly adapt to using various BI applications.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong business acumen and high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
