We are looking for a highly skilled Risk Analyst to join our team at CAE. As a Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing project portfolios by P&L region to support our internal business partners in their key objectives and information needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze project portfolios by P&L region to support internal business partners.
  2. Conceptualize dashboards and reports to measure digital transformation, organizational value model, strategic objectives, operational performance, and Risk Management culture.
  3. Report and analyze strategic objectives and key results to track progress and drive Risk Management performance.
  4. Standardize analytical practices and risk management KPIs for better performance measurement.
  5. Conduct ad hoc business analyses by defining required data points, interpreting key insights, and providing strategic recommendations.
  6. Presents key insights and data trends using data visualizations intended for executive audiences.
  7. Conduct benchmarking research and analysis to provide key information on CAE's positioning relative to key industry players.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business intelligence, business analysis, or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to using various BI applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong business acumen and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
