Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and a proven track record of maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
- Record, classify, and report financial data
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
