About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Humbersys Consultancy Services Inc. This is a permanent full-time position offering 35 hours of work per week and a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

Job Description
  • Critical Tasks: Our ideal candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, posting journal entries, and preparing tax returns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word is required.
  • Work Environment: This role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handling repetitive tasks under pressure.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in bookkeeping.
  • Possess excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Demonstrate strong client focus, flexibility, and judgement.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
