Accounts Receivable Supervisor

Kenan Courier and Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our accounts receivable function.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to our accounting and related clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Generate accurate and timely reports to management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of our financial systems and equipment, including our accounting software and other tools.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Provide expert advice and guidance to resolve work-related problems and improve productivity and product quality.
- Financial Transaction Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of all financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and credits.
- Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, review their work, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Material Requisition: Order and requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on our equipment and facilities.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal productivity.
- Accounting and Related Clerks: Supervise and mentor our accounting and related clerks to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Payroll Clerks: Provide guidance and support to our payroll clerks to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Accuracy: Demonstrate a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions and reports.
- Reliability: Show a strong commitment to reliability and follow-through on tasks and responsibilities.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.
- Work Language: English is the primary language of communication.
