A key responsibility will be to support and guide transaction service employees, helping them make a positive impact in clients' lives while enabling your team to grow professionally.
You will play a leadership role by assisting the Branch Manager in ensuring the branch operates smoothly and listening to and coaching your employees daily.
Some key responsibilities include guiding the team in identifying clients' financial needs, promoting the bank's products and services, referring clients to the right resource, supporting team members in achieving objectives, and maintaining close relationships with clients to offer quality service.
We are looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills who can lead by example and provide guidance to their team.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
