MANGO Assistant Store Manager Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our MANGO team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Develop Store Teams: Foster a positive and productive store environment, leading by example and encouraging team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Drive Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies to maximize sales and revenue growth.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied and eager to return.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team development.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
