Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Secure Mailing Systems Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring the effective allocation of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs, authorize the establishment of major departments, and establish objectives for the organization.
  • Resource Management: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business operations, and establish financial and administrative controls.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, manage events, and select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 5 years or more
  • Skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, organized, accurate, efficient interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

The Chief Operating Officer will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
