Job Summary

We're seeking a forward-thinking and creative relationship manager to join our team as a Manager, Learning Programs & Strategy. As a key member of our learning team, you'll play a critical role in developing and delivering industry-leading learning solutions that drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess current performance gaps and learning needs, and collaborate with other learning professionals to implement creative, industry-leading learning solutions.
  • Apply professional experience and judgment in the planning and accomplishment of projects, initiatives, and professional goals.
  • Manage learning design and delivery to meet timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • Completed post-secondary education, professional certification, or equivalent experience in training and development/instructional design – CTDP Designation would be an asset.
  • 7+ years' experience in adult learning or management/performance consulting.
  • Strong consultative skills, creativity, and agility, with excellent SME and stakeholder interviewing skills.
  • Solid knowledge and experience of course development software, such as Articulate/Storyline, and at least one Learning Management System.
  • Experience in basic project management and client relationship management.
