Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and consumer preferences.
  • Product Sourcing: Identify and source high-quality products that meet our store's standards.
  • Merchandise Planning: Develop and implement effective merchandise plans to drive sales and maximize profitability.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing store displays that drive sales.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales and inventory reports to management, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or merchandise-related role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
