About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Buyer to join our team at KLED ENTERPRISE LTD. as a key member of our purchasing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships with Suppliers

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain.

Negotiate Prices and Terms

They will negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for the company.

Oversee Distribution of Merchandise

The Retail Buyer will oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in good condition.

Review Requirements and Determine Purchasing Needs

They will review the requirements of our establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase, taking into account factors such as demand, inventory levels, and budget constraints.

Select and Purchase Merchandise

The successful candidate will select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring that products meet our quality and pricing standards.

Supervise Work of Other Buyers

They will supervise the work of other buyers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that purchasing goals are met.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

The Retail Buyer will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

Standing for Extended Periods

They will be required to stand for extended periods, potentially in a warehouse or retail setting.

Work Term: Permanent

The successful candidate will be employed on a permanent basis, with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Work Language: English

English is the primary language of communication in this role, and the successful candidate will be required to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hours: 30 hours per week

The Retail Buyer will work 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
