Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of merchandise.
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms with suppliers to maximize value for the company.
  • Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of merchandise to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Review sales data and market trends to determine inventory needs and make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory management and minimize stockouts.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in purchasing or retail management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment

The Retail Buyer will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting sales targets and managing inventory levels. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Language

The primary language of communication is English.

Hours

The Retail Buyer will work 30 hours per week.
