Job Title: Administrative Services Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Travelodge Bracebridge. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, planning and organizing daily operations, and supervising a team of 5-10 people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate administrative services, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
