Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team at Travelodge Bracebridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, planning and organizing daily operations, and supervising a team of 5-10 people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative services, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including hiring, training, and interviewing staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in administrative services
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work on-site at our Travelodge Bracebridge location. The work environment is fast-paced, and the candidate must be able to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
