Job Title: Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail business at Ken's Auto Parts Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient store operations.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales volumes.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages.
- Conduct performance reviews and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in retail management.
- Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Handling heavy loads and standing for long periods.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
