Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at Kushi Cannabis C0. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, including managing staff, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
