Security Supervisor

Join G4U Security Ltd as a Security Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our security protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and report on security incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that security protocols are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods. The work is done under pressure, and the ability to work in a team environment is essential.
