Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Security Team: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing technical advice and guidance to security personnel.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Work Setting: Security guard agency, various locations.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
Blackbird Security Inc. is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations.
Language:English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Hours of Work:40 hours per week, permanent position.
