Food Service Team Lead

At McDonald's Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. You will also be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. Additionally, you will estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare budget and cost estimates. You will also address customers' complaints or concerns and prepare and submit reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work under pressure. The work environment is fast-paced, and the supervisor will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people or 5-10 people. The work schedule is 35 to 40 hours per week, and the language of work is English. The benefits include a health care plan, parking available, and a permanent position.
