Retail Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team at Rogers. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with store managers to implement sales strategies and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to increase customer engagement and loyalty
- Ensure store operations run smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
