People Corporation is a leading provider of benefits, retirement, wealth, wellness, and human resource solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Consultant to join our Group Retirement Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships and deliver proactive consulting services to assigned clients, providing expert advice on plan design, legislative requirements, and investments.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client retention rates through excellent service and solutions.
  • Participate in business acquisition meetings to support the growth of our Group Retirement Solutions team.
  • Implement and provide ongoing servicing of GRS clients, expanding and maintaining existing business.
  • Work closely with team members to provide exceptional service and solutions for clients.

To be successful as a Managing Consultant with People Corporation, you will need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years' relevant experience in the retirement or pension industry, with a proven ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Excellent time management skills and an undergraduate degree in business or a related field.
  • RPA, CEBS designation considered an asset, as well as life licensed or willingness to complete.
  • Access to a car and a valid driver's license, with proficiency in French considered an asset.
