Job Summary

The Manager, Email Marketing will lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. This role will work closely with the marketing and merchandising teams to create strategic plans, critical storytelling, and messaging for email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to create strategic plans and messaging for email marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimize email marketing budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email marketing with other marketing channels
  • Develop and maintain email marketing calendars and production schedules
  • Manage and analyze email marketing metrics and performance

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in email marketing
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
  • 2+ years of experience operating an ESP tool and developing technical programs
  • Experience in a B2C fast-paced retail/e-commerce environment
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation
  • Strong knowledge of CAN-SPAM and CASL
