Job Title: Email Marketing Manager

Indigo is seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and personalization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on strategy and execution
  • 2+ years of experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer engagement and revenue growth through email marketing
  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent project management and analytical skills
