About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Road Safety Program Coordinator. As part of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the School Crossing Guard Program and the Motorcycle Training Program.
Main Responsibilities
- Triages and responds to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from Crossing Guards.
- Assists in the logistical scheduling of Crossing Guards, including receiving, tracking, and filling leave requests.
- Coordinates logistical aspects of the program, such as meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in an office environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
