About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Juniors Foods Services Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot and cold dishes, to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained and that stock is rotated regularly.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a food service environment is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires physical stamina and the ability to work under pressure. You will be standing for extended periods and may be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on occasion.
