Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our overhead, payables, and cash flow reporting, and will be accountable for managing the costs of our supply chain across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our strategic plan to deliver cost and cash flow improvement, working closely with our VP Brewery Operations, VP of Logistics, and Head of Procurement for Canada.
  • Manage business cycle and monthly financial reporting, ensuring a direct link to financials and analyzing specific drivers behind lines of COGS and B/S in our P&L.
  • Own supply chain spends, including setting policies, building budget, routine analysis, and initiative identification to drive cost efficiencies.
  • Challenge operations on targets and assist in finding cost-saving opportunities throughout the year.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, preferably complemented with Management Accounting designation.
  • At least 3 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, and/or relevant experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and business acumen, with the capacity to manage a wide range of multiple priorities.
  • Ability to resolve issues with technical and business solutions, and work multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
