About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Finance Manager to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our Six Pints Supply Chain Finance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented colleagues and providing financial support to our brewery and distribution locations across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of finance professionals and support their growth and development through career discussions and one-on-one conversations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and quarter-end close processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on managing performance and price variances within Supply Chain Financial reporting.
  • Responsible for the leadership and development of one direct report.
  • Operate as a proactive business partner, providing financial support, stewardship of key processes and controls, and leadership.
Requirements
  • You are an authentic leader who values and respects differences and believes inclusion and belonging is the key to collaboration and a winning team culture.
  • You have a university degree and financial designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA, etc.).
  • You have 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years at a management level position.
  • You are a problem-solver who can complete complex projects quickly and adeptly, with a strong understanding of business priorities.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.
  • You take accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • You have a thirst for learning and are always looking for ways to learn and help others grow.
