About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager to join our team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our Six Pints Supply Chain Finance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented colleagues and providing financial support to the Supply Chain Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of finance professionals and support their growth and development through career discussions and one-on-one conversations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of month-end and quarter-end close processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on managing performance and price variances within Supply Chain Financial reporting.
  • Responsible for the leadership and development of 1 direct report.
  • Operate as a proactive business partner, providing financial support, stewardship of key processes and controls, and leadership.
Requirements
  • University degree and financial designation (CA, CMA, CGA, CPA, etc.).
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years at a management level position.
  • Authentic leadership skills, with a focus on inclusion and belonging.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Accountability for results, with a commitment to integrity and honoring commitments.
  • Thirst for learning and a desire to help others grow.
