Production Worker

The Smurfit Westrock Ajax facility is seeking a skilled General Labourer to join our Print Cut department. This role involves stacking finished cartons onto skids, performing quality checks, assisting operators and printers with machine setup, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a manufacturing or printing environment is considered an asset.
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Ability to adapt to changes in priorities, work independently, and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to stand and walk 100% of shift on a concrete floor and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to maintain good attendance.
- Starting rate $22.88/hour with 2 increases per year with satisfactory performance reviews.
- Annual productivity bonus.
