About the Opportunity:

The Event Crew plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences on our cruises. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring the smooth operation of events, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional hospitality to guests and coworkers
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including polishing plates, cutlery, and glasses
  • Prepare and maintain buffets, dining rooms, and service stations
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of all common areas and service stations
  • Assist with the warm and efficient greeting and seating of guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor on duty

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Smart Serve Certification Required
  • Energetic and enthusiastic personality essential
  • Ability to effectively understand and convey written and verbal information to guests and coworkers
  • Ability to lift furniture and other heavy items, such as bus tubs, up and down stairs
  • Ability to work for extended periods of time without sitting
